Google Adsense updated its policy two weeks back. The update to the policy now requires every adsense publisher to update his/her individual privacy policies.
Jennifer put up a detailed explanation of the changes in the policy and now provides you with a standard template that you can use.
I’ve got my own privacy policy which is a bit more detailed. Feel free to use the text for your site.

When you post a comment on the site, we ask for your name, email address, website URL.

You can chose to disable or selectively turn off our cookies or third-party cookies in your browser settings, or by managing preferences in programs such as Norton Internet Security. However, this can affect how you are able to interact with our site as well as other websites. This could include the inability to login to services or programs, such as logging into forums or accounts.

Data like your email address will not be made visible on the site, unless you choose to display it.

Microsoft has finally gone ahead and released Internet Explorer 8 Beta 1. This release is aimed at Web Developers and Testers to understand what Microsoft has in store.
Considering that the browser is still so fresh, an emulate Internet Explorer 7 button has been put in to browse the web similar to using Internet Explorer 7.
Five new features have been introduced / enhanced in IE8. Activities, WebSlices, Favorites Bar, Automatic Crash Recovery and an improved Phishing Filter. Domain Highlighting has also been introduced, where the top level domain in the address bar is highlighted to ensure that users can easily check the site they are browsing.

Postable is a tiny little online tool from Elliot Swan.
The purpose behind Postable is to help you when you are posting code either on your blog or in a comments field.
Postable converts all the “<” and “>” signs in my code to “<” and “>”, respectively as well as & to “&”. It similarly works to convert your quotes and other HTML Entities.
This is a simple tool with not too many options that just the job. Just remember not to hit the button twice!.
