If you’re a designer, finding good quality icons does require a good amount of searching. So, here is a free icon set in PSD format courtesy the great folks at PixelKit. A clean interface offers quite a few benefits.
Matthias Kretschmann has developed a template for designing your own icons for the admin area of WordPress. This is very useful for plugin and theme developers looking to add new icons to their new menus. Icons are also used when you have custom post types on your blog.
Back in June ’08 Google changed their favicon from the infamous capital G to the small g. And, seven months later it’s time for another change. The new favicon is the small g but with the four colors of Google.
