If you’ve not heard about Flappy Bird yet, then you need to get hold of this game and play it now, because this is a game that has taken the world by storm over the past week. Update: Flappy Bird is no longer available after its creator pulled it out of both the Apple store and Google Play. Be careful what you download because there are a tonne of fake games with malware.

The concept of the game is extremely simple. You tap your screen to get the bird to flap its wings and fly. Each tap sends it a wee bit higher in the air. Simple right? Well, not if you’ve already given it a try. In fact, it’s got people so angry, that Buzzfeed even says that it Drove Human Beings Into A Black Maw Of Existential Despair.

The objective of the game is to guide the bird to a series of pipes. Hit a pipe and you’re dead. Hit the ground and you’re dead. Try to get 4 medals: Bronze, Silver, Gold (hard), Platinum (very hard).
