I myself use TodoPlus, which is a free software application for both Mac and Windows. It is more simplistic as many of the other to do list software I have tried and bought, but it can still be used for larger projects.

Um, “Todos” means “everything” in Spanish… so the Todos app, which shows you all your apps, should not be confused with a To Do list manager. Even though the name seems like ‘ToDos’.

iGTD has been discontinued, the developer has joined the Things dev team apparently.

I’d recommed iGTD (http://bargiel.home.pl/iGTD/). It’s really easy to use an integrates with Quicksilver as well as having a dashboard widget.

I really like Anxiety. It has a great user interface, it syncs with Ical, and it is easy to use.

Try “Things”.
It is the best one. Syncs with iCal, and has an iPhone app.
