WordPress Wednesday: Protecting your blog from Spam

Am not going to write anything special about working with WordPress this week, as I’m really tied down by things right now.

However, let me take this opportunity to point you to an article I wrote a while back on my personal blog, on a topic that frustrates a lot of us, viz. SPAM!

I’ve written about stopping spam comments even before they hit your blog, which should form your first line of defense.

This helps stop a good amount of spam. However, some will get through. What you do next forms the next step.

I closed the article talking about preventing Email Spam, atleast through your blog. It may sound surprising but many website are sitting ducks for spammers. Don’t let your blog be that way.
