Halloween theme for Netvibes
Come Halloween and Netvibes is ready with a brand new Halloween Theme.
This one is very different from the other themes that Netvibes has because this is the first dark theme they have.
Though there is a dark background one wise thing is that the modules still have a white background with black text making it easy to read.
You can apply this theme or set it in the Settings panel.

Widgetize your theme!
Automattic has released a new plugin called WordPress Widgets.
Users at WordPress.com are already using these Widgets, and with this plugin it allows users running WordPress as their blog software to do the same.
However, you need a Widget compatible theme for the same. There are very few as of now, but I guess a lot of themes will be widgetized in the near future.
I know I got a lot of work ahead on my themes!

WordPress 2.0 Theme Competition
Good news for WordPress Theme authors. WordPress Arena has launched a Theme Competition.
The last date for entries is May 1, 2006, 12:00pm PST.
This does mean that I need to speed up development on a few themes I had in mind.
