In a startling revelation, Microsoft had filed for two patents covering technology used to organize and read syndicated Web feeds, such as those delivered via the widely used Really Simple Syndication, or RSS, family of formats reports C|Net.

You now have the option to filter your search results or search the web. Unlike the traditional search methods, the filter option just goes through all the content in all your tabs and displays which results match your search term.

Feedburner recently added support for SpringWidgets.
When trying to add the widget to my site, I realized that SpringWidgets is using the embed tag. e.g. my widget
Now, the embed tag is obsolete in XHTML, i.e. if you use it, then the W3C Validator will throw errors.
