NetNewsWire
NetNewsWire includes complete support for Google Reader, or you can use it standalone. I recommend using it with Google Reader. You can save pages for later via Instapaper, delicious.com, or by flagging or clipping them. Tabbed browser support allows you to view the articles easily and the app remembers these settings for when you open it the next time around. One feature I like is that the app can sort feeds by attention and unread count, so the most important items come to the top.
