Skype: Now on your Nokia Phone, but you can't send Money anymore

Last week Skype announced that they are partnering with Nokia, to make Skype available in high-end Nokia Nseries devices running the Symbian S60 operating system, offering users pre-loaded out-of-the-box Skype calls, instant messages and more, via both 3G and WiFi.

This is definitely a great benefit for users of Skype who prefer Nokia Nseries mobiles. However, you will need a strong internet connection as well as preferably an unlimited data plan. While I do have an unlimited data usage plan on my mobile, I'm still crippled by the terrible speed of the Airtel GPRS connection.

In other news, Skype also said that they will be discontinuing the feature of sending money to others via Skype. I never ever used this service, simply because it was much faster to do the same with PayPal directly.
