When using Win XP, Powertoy Calculator is my top choice. Basically, you enter the operations and press enter to get the results, like in Command Line Calculator.

I got sick of these things constantly being in separate windows, so I created my own that really is a Command Line Calculator. It works from the DOS prompt and everything.
