Yet another WordPress Update, and this time as usual a security fix and you’re off upgrading your blog to ensure you are not hacked.
You could update your installation via a few shell commands. However, if you don’t have shell access then you’ll need to upgrade the usual way.
The Dev Blog post has been nice enough to provide a list of changed files from 2.2 and I’ve put together a package.
This package has all the files that have been changed since version 2.2.2. If you are currently using 2.2.2, then you can simply download this file and update your sites with it.
