Amidst concerns of curbs on free speech and online gaming addiction, China has passed a decree to limit the amount of time kids spend gaming online report Xinhua. Kids spending more than three hours online will lose half the credits they earned and those spending more than five hours online lose all of them. One of the new additions in Windows Vista is the new Preview Pane. The Preview Pane can be activated in Explorer by navigating to Organize » Layout » Preview Pane. Using the Preview Pane you can browse readable views of various documents or, with media files, preview a few seconds of content. This becomes extremely useful if you are searching for one particular document, do not know the name but have some idea about the starting content.
