Amidst concerns of curbs on free speech and online gaming addiction, China has passed a decree to limit the amount of time kids spend gaming online report Xinhua. Kids spending more than three hours online will lose half the credits they earned and those spending more than five hours online lose all of them. Online gamers will also need to get themselves registered.
