Tool Tuesday: Lorem Ipsum Generator

If you’re familiar with free templates, or have been working in the printing industry you would have come across this text often:

Lorem Ipsum or Lipsum, as it is more popularly known as, is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. The text can crossed over from the print world and has landed into the electronic world and is now used by several designers for layout purposes.

The purpose of Lipsum is to distract the reader from the text and focus on the layout. It also helps to fill the layout with content instead of generating your content from scratch.

The generator uses over 200 Latin words to generate content. It can generate paragraphs, words, bytes or lists of content to save you from doing the manual labor.
