This is a really old Gmail hack which I’m sure many of you may be either aware, or are already practicing.
Those of you aren’t aware, Gmail allows you to create unlimited email accounts by using the plus sign.
e.g. if you’re email address is username@gmail.com you can create addresses like username+techtites@gmail.com, username+ajay@gmail.com username+someothersite@gmail.com and so on.
You can then create filters that will label the email based on the To: email address.
You should use unique email addresses with different sites. e.g. if you can use the email username+techtites@gmail.com when commenting on this blog.
If this is the only place you are using it you will be able to track how much spam (if any) you are receiving from here.
If you are receiving really large amount of spam, you could consider something amiss.
Have you used this feature before? What have been your findings?
