Is that a Google Ad in your Newspaper?
Google will now act as a broker for customers interested in buying ads in 50 different U.S. Newspapers reports Reuters.
This is just a trial started by Google. Around 100 advertisers have been invited for the trial, which if successful will be extended to few thousand advertisers of Google Adwords.
If opened up, will you take advantage of this opportunity to place print ads in Newspapers? I know this will be a good opportunity for non-US advertisers who don’t have direct access to placing advertisements in newspapers.
Will Microsoft and Yahoo! follow?
