Google’s PageRank is a very important parameter in determining the popularity of a page. It works pagewise and hence some pages can have a higher pagerank than others.
PageRanks are updated four times a year, with the last update taking place early October this year.
There are a lot of tools that let you calculate and display your pagerank. Live PR is one such tool. However, Live PR takes one step further. It allows you to monitor your pagerank across the many servers of Google and see if they all reflect the same pagerank. If you find that one of more servers reflect different PRs then most likely an update is taking place and you will be able to predict what your new pagerank is most likely to be.
You can display your PR on your blog or website as I have done above. Unfortunately, it’s not very high because this site is still very new.
Besides the PageRank, Live PR also gives you a quick look at your Alexa Rank and number of Google Backlinks.
