Opera Launches Opera Mini

Opera has launched Opera Mini which is a browser for your mobile phone.

Opera has always been one of my favorite web browsers because of it is fast, light on resources and does the job well.

I don’t surf the internet on my mobile phone, but for users who do Opera Mini is indeed a blessing.

The new features in Opera Mini include:

Easy photo sharing
RSS Feed Reader
Secure banking/shopping
Content folding
Faster surfing

If you are designing your website you don’t have to worry much for users using Opera Mini as long as your site is designed according to Web Standards and it works on Opera for Desktop.

You have the option to receive the link via SMS or download via WAP or to your PC and then transfer it yourself (I prefer this option).
