Skype being distributed by Google

Google has now started distributing Skype with Google Pack

I have friends who swear by Skype and others who can't live without Google Talk. Incidently both Google Talk and Skype are popular Voice applications. I've tested both and find them equally comparable.

Skype does win over having a lot better features than Google Talk, as well as the ability to call landlines. However, Google Talk is integrated with Orkut.

The Google Pack page states Google Talk to be a Voice and IM application, while Skype is listed for Voice, video and chat.

I guess nobody who is using Google Pack should be complaining now. As for me, I still use the software downloaded seperately!
